Refund Eligibility

Non-Delivery:

If your order is not delivered due to reasons attributable to Lamb House Grill and Bakery (e.g., our driver is unable to locate your address despite accurate information), you may qualify for a full refund of your purchase and delivery fee.

Refund Policy – Excessive Delivery Delays

At Lamb House Grill, all our meals are made fresh to order. we are not a fast food establishments, this means preparation and delivery times can vary—especially for larger or more complex orders. Please review the guidelines below regarding potential delays and refund eligibility.

Preparation & Delivery Time Estimates

* Large Orders (3–4 meals/combos)
  Includes specialty items, extra meats, sides, and bakery items.
  Please allow up to 1 hour for preparation and up to 25 mins for delivery time.

 

*Extra Large Orders (5–6 meals/combos)
  Includes specialty items, extra meats, sides, and bakery items.
  Please allow up to 2 hours for preparation and up to 25 mins delivery.

 

*Group Orders (7 or more meals/combos)
  Must be placed in advance, you can schedule your order in advance via Door Dash or via phone or online to ensure accurate delivery time.

 

We will notify you by **text message** if additional wait time is needed for your order. You're also welcome to call and check your order status at any time after the first hour.

 

 

Refund Eligibility

 

* Small Orders (1–2 meals)
  You may be eligible for a refund if your order is delivered more than 1 hour later than the estimated time and the delay is not due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather or emergencies).

 

Non-Refundable Scenarios​

 

* Personal Taste Preferences: We understand that taste is subjective. Refunds will not be issued based solely on dislike of flavor or seasoning.

* Order Cancellations After Preparation: Once your order has been prepared or is already in route, it cannot be canceled and is not eligible for a refund.

Incorrect Delivery Information: If delivery fails due to inaccurate address details provided at checkout, we cannot issue a refund.

 

Other Arbitrary Reasons: Refunds will not be granted for reasons not specified in the "Refund Eligibility" section.

 

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include your order number and a description of the issue. Once verified, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
